To use a Debit Card or Credit Card, choose Paypal as the option for payment, you will not need an account with them.
Next confirm your order, then when it directs you to Paypal on the Signup Screen there is a choices "Choose a way to pay"

This are the Two Options below,

 "Pay with Paypal Account"
 "Pay with Debit Card or Credit Card"

If you want to pay with Credit Card Click "Pay with my Debit Card or Credit Card" and you can pay with any debit card and credit card, even Bank Transfer.

All Payment including by Credit Card are done through Paypal on their secure server.
We do not see any of your Bank or Credit card Information, Paypal will only send us an email after payments are completed to let me know.

To other Device or Mobile users: Instructions the same way as above
